NEST Retailer Agreement Form

Thank you for your interest in the Nest Program at Ace. Nest’s mission is to reinvent things. They take the unloved products in a consumer’s home and make simple, beautiful, thoughtful things with high consumer awareness. Nest products consistently win awards and consumer attention for their product design and performance. Ace will be stocking the Nest Learning Thermostat, Nest Indoor and Outdoor Security Camera, as well as Nest Protect Hardwired and Battery Powered Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Detector.

Ace retailers are restricted from purchasing Nest products from the RSCs until they read and accept the Nest Reseller Agreement and complete training. Once the online training is completed and agreement has been agreed to, your store will become unrestricted and be able to replenish Nest Products and Displayers through our warehouses. In order for an Ace Retailer to have access to replenish the Nest items, the minimum initial purchase requirement of (4) pieces per selected item of the Nest Cam, Thermostat and/or Protect needs to be met.
