Hello Downtown Resident!

Each year Downtown Vision (DVI) evaluates the state of Downtown Jacksonville and collects data on how to improve the Downtown experience. If you live in Downtown (Northbank, Southbank, Brooklyn/Riverside Avenue, LaVilla or the Stadium District) we want to hear from you!

This survey should take you less than 10 minutes.

Respondents will be entered into a drawing to win a $100 gift certificate to the Downtown restaurant or retailer of their choice. A winner will be selected in early 2019 and contacted via the email provided.
