Expand your range of movement, loosen the joints and increase your strength and flexibility by exploring the use of gravity, breath and musicality in this 45-minute demo class.  No experience necessary. 
 
Thursday, October 21 at 5:45 p.m. - Hip Hop Dance Fitness Class with Brendan 
 
For fans of old and new school, this fun and energetic class provides an aerobic workout through hip hop dance.  Enjoy this 45-minute demo class.  No experience necessary. 

Friday, October 22 at 6:45am - Mat Pilates with Mysti

This 45-minute conditioning fitness class focuses on body alignment and breathing. The exercises cover all core powerhouse muscle groups: abdominals, lower back, shoulders, thighs and gluteals.
 
Sunday, October 24 at 11:45 a.m. - Tai Chi and Qigong with Peter 
 
Tai Chi and Qigong combine in this 45-minute mind-body class that will help you increase energy, improve balance and flexibility, and gain muscle strength.    
 
These pop-up demo classes are open to McGaw Y members, both in-person and virtually, and will be a chance to let your opinion be heard as we explore which unique classes will add value to your YMCA member experience.
