Volunteer Positions Available:

Route Marshals | 10 volunteers needed | 10:00 am – 12:30 pm | Assist with keeping runners/walkers safe and on the course cheering them on along the way. Note: 4 of the 10 marshals, will act as Road Crossing Route Marshals, ensuring runs/walkers safely cross the start; ensuring traffic is stopped before allowing participants to cross.

Registration | 3 volunteers needed | 9:30-11:30am | Assist with checking in participants who have already registered, taking new registrations and collecting donations.

T-Shirt Distribution | 2 volunteers needed | 9:30-11:30am | Assist with finding correct shirt sizes for participants who pre-paid and ordered t-shirts online for the event after they have registered.

Parking | 2 volunteers needed | 9:30-11:30am | Assist participants by guiding them to open parking spots and re-directing any overflow parking.

Start line staging | 2 volunteers needed | 10:30-11:45am | Assist event staff with staging and starting the runners and walkers in waves.

Greeters | 2 volunteers needed | 9:30am – 11:30am | Greet participants as they arrive at the entrance of the park and direct them to registration/check-in.

Refreshment Station | 2 volunteers needed | 11:00am-1:00pm | Hand out refreshments to the walkers as they finish.

Special Activities/Set-up | 3 volunteers needed | 9:00am-11:00am | Assist with special activities, such as decorating/marking the route, setting up T-shirts by size, decorating tables, etc.

Clean-up | 2 volunteers needed | 12:30pm-2:00pm | Assist event staff with breaking down and cleaning up the event. This may include taking down tables; lifting, carrying and loading boxes; cleaning up water bottles and cups.
