Each year, the Iowa Hospital Association (IHA) honors outstanding individuals whose achievements have enhanced and brought honor to Iowa hospitals. These awards reflect excellent personal or organizational accomplishments within the Iowa hospital community.

Hospitals and health systems are invited to nominate those who have made noteworthy contributions to health care in Iowa by going above and beyond the call of duty, ensuring that both their hospital and community are better because of their passion.

LEADERSHIP AWARDS (full descriptions on Page 2-3)
  • IHA Excellence in Leadership Award (hospital CEOs)
  • IHA Young Executive Achievement Award (up and coming CEOs 40 or younger)
  • IHA Excellence in Governance Award (hospital trustees)
COMPLETION & ACCURACY
Please ensure the information provided in the nomination is complete and accurate. This information will be used in several promotional materials.

DEADLINE and RECOGNITION
Nominations will be accepted until June 1, 2021. The award winners will be announced during the October 5-7, 2021 virtual IHA Annual Meeting.
