UPDATE OF THE 2013 PLAN

The County's Growth Policy will be a guide for addressing the various issues and opportunities that residents face, including the impacts of plant closures at Colstrip. The document is meant to evaluate conditions in the County, identify trends and provide goals and specific actions that will focus on improving or maintaining economic development, local services, infrastructure and housing.
