We are trying to find out more about the current rehabilitation patients receive after multiple rib fractures.
Please answer the following questions to help map current rehabilitation practice beyond hospital discharge to recovery.

Multiple rib fractures include patients with three or more rib fractures.
This includes flail and non-flail chests and both non-surgical and surgical fixations.
Patients may also have other injuries, but PLEASE RELATE YOUR ANSWERS TO THE MANAGEMENT OF THE RIB FRACTURES.

Yours answers will be treated anonymously and confidentially.  Taking part in this survey is voluntary.

Thank you for taking the time to complete this short survey.  Please contact me if you have any questions
