APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
 
  • Extended APPLICATION DEADLINE: Friday, January 8, 2021 at 11:59pm (PST). 
  • Participants will be notified by Friday, January 15, 2021.
  • You CANNOT save your work and come back at a later time. We recommend you write all essay responses in another document and paste them into the online application. You can download the application questions here before applying online: CLICK HERE TO VIEW APPLICATION QUESTIONS.
  • You must complete the entire application to apply for the ACTIVATE program. Partially completed applications will not be reviewed.
  • DO NOT use your web browser's back arrow, as that may cause the application form to reset. To go back to previous pages click the "Prev" button below. 
 
ELIGIBILITY:
  • Participants must live or work in LA County.
  • Participants must be able to commit to all sessions.
  • Participants will be selected to represent the broad geography and demographics of Los Angeles County.
  • Participants must be 18 years or older to apply.
