Placement Stability has been identified as an area that needs to be addressed to  propel the Division onward in our goal to strengthen families, meet the needs of children and families and exit the Kenny A Consent Decree. Partnering with our RBWO providers is required based on your knowledge, skill set and individual commitment for ensuring children are placed in the most appropriate placement to meet their needs and experience placement stability while in care.
