Important Notes1
1. Only Institute (HKICS) members, graduates and students are eligible to participate.
2. Each participant is entitled to make ONE online submission only. Duplicated submissions will be disqualified.
3. The first 50 participants who have completed all mandatory fields will be informed by email to collect the gift.
4. At the first round of the Contest, the Judging Panel will select the best three ideas to enter the final round of Contest. These three finalists will be notified by email in early January 2018.
5. The three finalists will be invited to the Annual Dinner on a complimentary basis and present their ideas to the guests by using photographs or a video.
   - Format of each photograph: File size 1MB to 3MB in jpeg.
   - One video per participant  - Format: 30 to 60 seconds; mp4 or MOV.
6. The Championship will be voted on by all guests and Grand prizes will be presented to the three finalists at the Annual Dinner.

Terms and Conditions2
1. All photos/videos must be the original works of the participants which have not been sold, published or taken part in other competitions previously.
2. The participant must be the sole owner of the entire copyright in the photo/video entered. 
3. The photos/videos must not infringe the copyrights or any other intellectual property rights of any other party. The participants shall bear full legal and related responsibilities arising from any possible breach of intellectual property rights or infringement of copyrights in respect of their photos/videos.
4. The Institute has the right to use all photos/videos submitted and the authority to revise, translate, edit, use, duplicate or distribute wholly or partly.

Statement on Collection of Personal Data3

1. Your supply of personal data to HKICS is on a voluntary basis.
2. The information provided by you to HKICS will be used for administration and management; membership admission, registration maintenance and administration; enforcement of members’ compliance with the provisions of the Royal Charter and Bye-laws of ICSA and the Articles of Association of HKICS for the time being in force and related matters; communications; assessment of qualifications and experience; examinations; continuing professional development; surveys, analysis, research and development; promotion of the profession, ICSA and HKICS; and marketing and provision of services and benefits and organising activities to members, graduates and students.

The information provided by you herein may be made available to the related companies or associates, group sister associations, agents, contractors, business associates or service providers of the HKICS or other professional bodies or government bodies or regulators, as may be necessary for any of the above purposes.
