- Application will be available from November 1, 2023 until June 1, 2024. The sooner the better. More chance to advertise and prepare.
- Application notifications & assignments will be sent out by July 1,2024 unless you have already specified an arrangement.
- Each event is held rain or shine determined by the host location for safety.
- All vendors must fill out an application in order to be accepted into The AG+ ART Tour.
- This event is limited to applicants who are either artists, farms or local goods located in Moore County, NC.
- It is up to the farm & artist to agree on (1) date (2) time (3) financial commitments and agreements.
- It is your event, and you can sell your goods/art work etc. at your specified event.
- Every event is strongly recommended to create an online ticketed event.
- This will help with crowd control, offering a better experience for visitors and hosts, it will help with visitor commitments
- You can charge what you want. Charging can offset costs.
- You can choose to not charge if you wish but we still recommend you create an online ticket.
- The farm & artist/event must provide an event(s) ticket weblink by July 31, 2024. More chance to advertise and prepare.
- The farm & artist/event must provide a digital flyer for their event(s) by July 31, 2024. More chance to advertise and prepare.
