Texas PTA Life Membership Award Nomination Form 2020-2021
A Texas PTA Life Membership Award is one of the highest honors presented to an individual for outstanding service to our children at Preston. Please help us nominate 2 individuals/parents and teachers/staff to be honorary Texas PTA Life Members. We ask that you include a supporting reason for each nomination. (Recipients are not required to be current members of Preston PTA but should have contributed significantly to the work of the PTA or to the Preston Elementary community.) Previous Life Membership award winners with connections to Preston are listed below and those individuals cannot be nominated a second time.
Nominations due date: On or before February 26th.
Upon receipt of your nominations, the PTA Lifetime Membership Committee will evaluate nomination submissions and select the recipients. The four recipients will be presented their award at the Allen ISD Council of PTAs Life Membership banquet in April.
