This is a totally confidential survey to recieve feedback and data about peer support to make sure that we are best serving the mental health needs of our brother and sister firefighters.  We will use the feedback and data to help to continue to improve the peer support team concept and help to focus our efforts and resources on the areas that are affecting you the most.  Please answer honestly so that the data is as accurate as possible.
