Cap Times: Wisconsin Guarantee Survey

Cap Times reporters Becky Jacobs and Erin Gretzinger are reporting on The Wisconsin Guarantee program this year with support from the Education Writers Association. The Wisconsin Guarantee grants automatic admission to the state's public universities for high schoolers in the top 5% and 10% of their class.
