1. Student-Athlete Survey
This survey is designed to gather feedback from current JISD student-athletes in grades 7-12. This information will be used by the Superintendent and the Athletic Director/Head Football Coach. Please be as honest and thoughtful as possible, your input is very valuable and essential to the future of Bulldog Athletics. All responses are anonymous. NOTE: this survey is for parents, guardians, JISD staff and coaches.
