Thank you for your participation in this state wide needs assessment developed by Oregon Attorney General’s Sexual Assault Task Force (SATF).  SATF is a private, non-profit, non-governmental statewide agency.  Our mission is to facilitate and support a collaborative, survivor-centered approach to the prevention of and response to sexual violence. We accomplish our mission by advancing primary prevention and providing multi-disciplinary training and technical assistance to responders in Oregon and nationally.
The goal of this survey is to understand more about how law enforcement responds to cases of gender-based violence, like sexual assault, strangulation, and other person’s crimes, around the state of Oregon. Your responses will help us improve the training and technical assistance we provide to support you and your work. Your answers and participation in the survey will remain anonymous.  The survey should take 10-15 min to complete.  You will be asked to answer questions about sexual assault investigations, and if you are an administrator, will be asked to provide some statistical data. We would like as many law enforcment officers as possible to complete the survey.

Some questions are replicated from the IACP Sexual Assault Investigation Assessment Survey and others were developed by SATF to understand the needs of Oregon law enforcement.
If you have any questions or comments, please contact Ashley Anstett, Criminal Justice Coordinator ashley@oregonsatf.org
