The Town of Harrison is preparing a Comprehensive Plan to guide decisions over the next 10–15 years, as required by Maine law. A Comprehensive Plan helps the Town set priorities, manage growth, protect natural resources, and plan for housing, infrastructure, and economic development in a thoughtful and coordinated way.

Over the past year, the Town has engaged residents, property owners, and others with connections to Harrison to better understand their priorities. This input has helped shape the goals and strategies proposed for inclusion in the Comprehensive Plan. This survey is an opportunity to provide input on those draft goals.
