Question Title

* 14. This year we are pairing Innovations in Flight with our SOAR Together family program to talk about the past, present, and future of aviation. Each aircraft on the ramp will have a yard sign coded with the daily themes to help visitors understand how aircraft have evolved through innovation and how they will continue to evolve in the future. With that in mind, please tell us what makes your aircraft innovative (for its time). The themes for the day and an example are below, and you can highlight one or more categories as they apply.

Event Themes
Purpose-Built Aircraft - What job was this aircraft built to do?
Controls and Navigation - How does the aircraft get where it’s going?
Structures and Materials - What is the aircraft made of?
Power and Propulsion - What makes the aircraft go?
Regulations and Operations - What special rules are in place to make flying safe?

For example: The Diamond DA20 series is made out of glass and carbon fiber composites rather than the traditional aluminum airframe, increasing both safety and aerodynamics. The aircraft also has the ability to use jet fuel in its piston engines, making it more cost effective and energy efficient.
