Racial Equity Learning Lab - For Nonprofit Leaders in Yolo County

In partnership with Racial Justice Advocates, International House Davis is hosting the Racial Equity Learning Lab for nonprofit leaders. We are seeking organizational leaders who are interested in creating a shared understanding of how racial inequities, attitudes, policies, and practices have collectively created predictable adverse outcomes for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) and have shaped their institutions. Developing this shared understanding is essential for organizations to engage in deep and honest reflection about their own biases and how their racial bias shows up in their work.
