Assisting in the Cyber Café, which provides information for our conference attendees in a quiet, coffee-house type environment.

Assisting in the Human Library, which allows conference attendees to "check out" professional experts for twenty minutes at a time to learn more about accreditation and its processes.

Assisting in setting up, which involves unpacking all gear required to have them waiting and ready prior to the event's start.

Assisting in tearing down, which involves helping to pack all ACEN items (signage, etc.) back and leaving the space ready to be returned back to the hotel.

Assisting with registration, which involves checking in attendees as they arrive.

Assisting with greeting and directional assistance, helping the conference attendees to navigate the hotel space and find the areas they are looking for.

Assisting with technology, which involves setting up, running, and maintaining audio/visual technology throughout the conference.
