  • Participation does not give competitive advantage
  • Government participants cannot endorse products
  • Vendors must mark proprietary information
  • Information shared may be used in government requirements development
  • Participation does not guarantee future contracts
  • Organizational Conflict of Interest rules apply for government attendees
  • Participants agree not to lobby government employees at the event
