Stronger Together Community Survey - Youth

A group of citizens want to understand more about your county. Your answers to these questions will help create a regional plan to improve the health of expectant and parenting teens ages 15 to 19 years old. There are no right or wrong answers. Your answers will be combined with those of other residents from your county. No one will know your answers or be able to identify you in any way and we are not tracking IP addresses. Note: Some people may find questions or information in this survey to be sensitive or offensive. Answering these questions is completely voluntary and you may skip any question that you are not comfortable answering. For questions or concerns regarding this survey or the Stronger Together project, please contact the Albany State University Office of Research and Sponsored Programs (229-500-3492) or Dr. Peter Ngwafu (229-500-2279).
