In September 2013, Kitsap County passed a retail sales tax to fund a county wide infrastructure for a continuum of care for behavioral health programs and services.  June 30, 2016 marked the second full year of service delivery.   A Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC) was established and is charged to assess the progress towards addressing gaps in the behavioral health system. They would like your input to prioritize gaps for future funding.
