The True to You (T2U) Coalition is a group of LGBTQIA+ individuals and allies who promote LGBTQIA+ health in the state of Connecticut. Our main goal is to reduce the use of tobacco (e.g., cigarettes) and nicotine (e.g., vapes, nicotine pouches) among LGBTQIA+ youth and adults.
We created this survey to better understand your thoughts and experiences with:
- Tobacco and nicotine laws
- Cigarettes, vapes, nicotine pouches, and other products
- Cannabis (marijuana)
- Quitting smoking, vaping, or use of other products
- Caring for your mental health
Some of the questions may not apply to you. That’s okay. Just answer the ones that do.
Some of the questions may feel too personal.
Please know your answers are confidential and anonymous. There is no way for us to identify you or trace your answers back to you. Your answers will be combined with everyone else’s answers before sharing with our evaluators.
We ask only people who identify as LGBTQIA+ and who live, work, or go to school in Connecticut take the survey. Allies who want to support our initiative can visit the T2U webpage by clicking
