Recognize someone’s outstanding Library service by nominating them for an award today…
The Lethbridge Public Library Board of Directors believes in recognizing and celebrating the contributions that individuals and organizations make towards the Library. These efforts enhance our services, and help us work to ensure that the Library is a welcoming, inclusive space that connects and strengthens our community.
Lethbridge Public Library Board Recognition Award – recognizes an individual or organization who has provided a significant contribution to library services in Lethbridge, by helping to advance the mission, vision or values of the Library through their work with the Library and relationship with the community.
Nominees must:
- Have had a close tie to the Library and have been actively involved in enhancing one or more services
- Have had a positive and lasting impact on how the community views the Library
- Possess a sense of dedication and enthusiasm for the involvement they have with the Library
The Lethbridge Public Library Board of Directors, Library Advancement Committee, will screen all nominations to verify eligibility.
Late nominations will not be accepted, but will be carried forward to the following year.
Incomplete or ineligible nominations will be disqualified.
An acknowledgement of receipt of nomination will be made to each nominator via email. If you do not receive acknowledgement of receipt, please contact Kat Short, Executive Assistant, Lethbridge Public Library, at Kat.Short@lethlib.ca.
Successful nominees, and their nominators, will be contacted by the Lethbridge Public Library Board of Directors.
Nominations for recognition are confidential.
Nominations and supporting documents must be submitted by Monday, February 1, 2021 via this form or a branch of the Lethbridge Public Library to the attention of: Kat Short, Executive Assistant, Lethbridge Public Library.
