The Presentation will include discussion on the following topics:

What is a ‘flood’? What causes flooding? How does a flood affect the environment, communities, buildings and infrastructure, both immediately and in the long-term? This presentation will introduce the basics of flooding and how a flood affects public health. Flood history, planning, preparation, response, and cleanup and recovery will be covered.
