Awesome! We have 15 athletes that want to participate in strength training! While that's great news, we can't all be there at the same time.  The goal is to be able to break us down into two groups.  Either we can all go Monday but at two separate times (6:30 to 7:30 and 7:30 to 8:30) OR we can go on two separate days 6:30 to 7:30.  If Wednesday works and we have three groups, that's ok too. 

I would like us to start Monday, so please respond by the end of today if possible.
