Thank you for participating in the STEM Teacher Leadership website beta test. TERC, a nonprofit education research and development organization located in Cambridge, MA, is conducting research on the Teacher Leadership website. We would like you to complete a survey regarding your experience using this website. This survey contains 21 questions and should take approximately 15 minutes to complete.

Your participation is voluntary and we will provide the first 100 respondents with a $30 Amazon online gift card if you provide your name and email address. Please be assured that all responses will be reported anonymously, and your name will never be shared with anyone outside of the research team at TERC. Results from the survey will be used by the TERC team to help decide how to better improve the final version of this website for teachers.

If you have any questions about the project or this survey you may contact the principal investigator, Joni Falk, at joni_falk@terc.edu. If you have questions or concerns about your participation that you'd like to discuss with someone outside of the project, you may contact Santiago Gasca of TERC's Institutional Review Board (IRB) at santiago_gasca@terc.edu.
