We need your help to make Telehealth more accessible for people with disabilities in our city and beyond!

This survey is a way for New York Lawyers for the Public Interest to learn about how people with disabilities are experiencing Telehealth during COVID-19. Telehealth is the use of video, phone, and other electronic information technologies to provide remote health care when an individual and their provider are not in the same place at the same time.

We are asking you to take 10-15 minutes to help us better understand your Telehealth experience during COVID-19. Information will be used to improve advocacy efforts policies for better Telehealth access and accommodation for people with disabilities.

This survey is intended for persons 18 or older, living in the New York Metro area, who have had a Telehealth visit from April 1st, 2020 through the current time. Survey responses will remain completely anonymous and will only be presented at a summary level to New York Lawyers for the Public Interest internal staff, disability community advocates, and New York policymakers.
