If you reside in the North Park neighborhood and received a notice regarding boulevard ash trees designated for removal, please complete the following survey so we can accommodate your preferences for replacement of trees designated for removal. Tree replacements will planted in the coming fall and spring.

For each tree being removed (included in the mailer you received and marked with paint), please respond with the number and type of replacement trees you desire. You can select to replace some trees and use any combination of tree types and options if multiple trees are designated for removal.
