How does working remotely affect our team happiness?

In these strange days, we all suddenly started working from home. The general idea we have about team collaboration is that being physically in the same room is better than being remote. But now that we are all experiencing what it is like to be dispersed, I was interested in finding out how bad the remote work actually is.

I chose the “industry standard” team happiness metric that originated from Spotify to research the effect because I guess most people have performed this test before the outbreak (and it has only 10 easy questions).
