COMMUNITY QUESTIONNAIRE

Community involvement is pivotal to successful floodplain management. This questionnaire is a voluntary means for the community to help inform the Liverpool Overland Flow Path Study in Cabramatta Creek Cathment.

If you are willing to provide a response, please complete and return the questionnaire by Friday 14 November 2024.

Please note this questionnaire is regarding overland flooding, which is flooding caused by water running over the ground and does not include flooding as a result of creeks or rivers overtopping their banks (such as Brickmakers Creek, Maxwells Creek, Hinchinbrook Creek and Cabramatta Creek) which has been completed separately.
