I communicate regularly with my consultant with phone calls, emails, and seeing her at agency events.

I only communicate when there is an issue or concern with my child's day home.

I rarely communicate with my consultant but, I have I have read her visit notes when she visits my child's day home

I have never had communication with my day home consultant but I am aware that I can call at any time

I was not aware I had a day home consultant
