2024 Ohio Problem Gambling Conference: Scholarship & Travel Reimbursement Application

Recovery Scholarship & Travel Reimbursement Application

In order to be eligible for a conference scholarship including travel reimbursement, you must meet all of the following criteria:

1.    Be in recovery, or have a family member in recovery, from gambling.
2.   Attend the Ohio Problem Gambling Conference (February 15 & 16, 2024) in Lewis Center, Ohio.
3.   Limit reimbursement request to an amount up to $750.
4.   Expenses must not be reimbursable by another source.


Preference will be given based on:
·      The date at which the application is received (the sooner the better)
·      Geographical diversity
·      Contribution to the recovery community
·      Availability of funds
