The questions which will be posed to each breakout group at our upcoming are:

*NOTE: Your choice of groups in this survey is not a long term commitment. We hope to have no more than about 10 people in each breakout group. While we will try to honor everyone’s first choice, the second choice will help us to balance the size of the groups.
