2026 Annual Action Plan Survey
Each year the City of Chandler receives federal funds under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program and HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) Funds. As a recipient of these federal funds, the City of Chandler is required by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to prepare an Annual Action Plan which provides an assessment of the community needs, goals, and priorities in the areas of affordable housing, human services, community development, and other programs designed to improve the quality of life for low and moderate-income Chandler residents. The Annual Action Plan is developed with feedback from Chandler residents, community partners, businesses, and other stakeholders who want to provide input on community needs and how funds are invested in Chandler neighborhoods to support low- and moderate-income communities throughout the city.
Your help is needed to identify and prioritize community needs in housing, public services, public facilities and infrastructure, neighborhood revitalization and the best methods and programs to address those needs for the 2026-2027 Annual Action Plan.
