Upcoming Legislative Issues of Importance

We wanted to provide INC members (and non members) with an opportunity to provide some crucial information and feedback that will be relevant to the upcoming 2025 Idaho legislative session.

There are two urgent areas in particular that we are looking to gather more information on that will be helpful in protecting the interests of nonprofits from potential negative budget implications:

1) Understanding important nonprofit revenue streams from State of Idaho grants and contracts for services and/or programs that you provide to the community.

2) Understanding the extent to which nonprofits have leases with municipalities (i.e., cities) for any of their facilities due to a potential piece of legislation on this topic.
