The Whistler Chamber’s Secret Shopper Program is back!

Boost your business’s service excellence this winter with our eight-week Secret Shopper Program running July 6th through August 30, 2026.
Participating businesses receive:
  • Actionable feedback through weekly reports and scorecards;
  • Recognition for top performers with prizes, media features, and Chamber spotlights;
  • Prestige as the top-scoring business becomes a finalist for the Service Excellence Award at the Whistler Excellence Awards.

10.[NEW] Summer 2026 Training:
Sign up for the 1-hour, in-person "WE go BIG" training program?

(This is an add-on charge ($$) where the Chamber will come to your business to train your team and unlock Spirit Pass and discount benefits).

11.GIFT CERTIFICATES?

(While gift certificates are not required, they can definitely improve the levels of engagement to provide a true customer service experience. You can decide what value as well. Ideally, the gift certificates will cover the purchase of the experience for two people including tip. However, this is completely up to you.

If you are providing gift certificates, please DON'T indicate on the gift certificates they are for the Secret Shopper Program, as that may give shoppers away.

Gift certificates should be tested and confirmed to be working by your team prior to being delivered to the Chamber office at the beginning of the program).

Gift Certificates MUST be received at the Chamber office before June 25th, 2026.
