Description of the Training: Skilled listening is a vital component of effective leadership. It facilitates understanding, develops rapport, and creates trust. And it is foundational to good decision making and informed problem solving. This full-day, interactive training invites leaders to reflect on their own communication style, consider the attributes of an effective leader, and explore and practice the listening skills that build a positive culture, diffuse difficult encounters, and contribute to a leader’s ability to lead and implement plans.
