2024 SNS Junior Resident Course Pre-Course Work: Possible Intraoperative Complications

1.45 y/o M s/p MVC arrived in the trauma bay with right 6 mm fixed pupil. Head CT shows right acute SDH with > 1cm of midline shift. Mannitol and hypertonic is given and you take the patient to the operating room for a right sided craniectomy for SDH evacuation. You are taking the patient to the operating room for a emergent right sided craniectomy for SDH evacuation. 

Submit all the possible intraoperative complications that could arise from this case.
