I will submit a letter from my Supervisor, Mayor or Board, along with this application, confirming my municipality’s support of my attendance to the 2026 Northern Conference. I understand that my application is forfeited if a letter is not sent in. Please send to execdirector@wisclerks.org.

I will answer every question in this application in order to receive the most points possible.

I understand that if a scholarship is awarded to me, I must attend the 2026 Northern Conference on April 15-16, 2026, at Best Western Plus in Eau Claire and I will attend all classes.

I understand that if I am not employed at the same municipality at the time of the 2026 Northern Conference, I will forfeit the scholarship.

**I also understand that if I am awarded a scholarship, the total amount will be reimbursed after my full attendance at the Northern Conference is confirmed by the WMCA Executive Director and, if applicable, my paid hotel receipt has been submitted. **
