With the great news of restrictions lifting, UniActive will re-open the Wollongong and Innovation Campus gym's and pool facilities on the 22nd of June, 2020.

UniActive COVID-19 Safe Return Agreement
Our purpose at UniActive is to provide quality fitness programs and services which enable exercise to be a joyful, uplifting, positive part of your life. Whilst we don’t want the focus of your UniActive experience to be adherence to rules and expectations, safety of our staff and members against the ongoing COVID-19 threat is paramount. The purpose of this agreement is to set standards which we all commit to in order to ensure UniActive remains a COVID-Safe environment for everyone.

 CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
  • Stay home if unwell or showing symptoms associated with COVID-19
  • Wash or sanitise hands before entering the facilities and when moving through different areas
  • Wipe down equipment before and after use.
  • Adhere to physical distancing requirements
  • Scan your membership RFID or barcode every time you enter the facilities.
  • Scan the QR CODE displayed at the entry and exit as you arrive and leave. Follow prompts to ‘check in’ and ‘check out’ of the gym. This is critical in order to maintain accurate contact tracing.
  • Bring and use a towel every time you work out.
  • Bring a filled water bottle for your personal use, your own exercise mat is also encouraged
  • Pre-book classes via the Member Portal prior to attending the facility
  • We encourage all members to download the COVIDSafe app developed by the Federal government and ensure it is activated at all times.
  • Be considerate and respectful of staff and fellow members at all times. Any aggressive behaviour or non-compliance with measures in place to ensure the safety of everyone will not be tolerated.  

COVID-19 HEALTH SCREENING
By entering the facilities, I agree that:
  • I do not have any symptoms associated with COVID-19 (e.g. fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, sneezing/runny nose or loss of sense of smell
  • I have not tested positive for COVID-19 nor am I awaiting results from a COVID-19 test.
  • I have not been in contact with anyone who is known to have COVID-19 or has demonstrated any of the symptoms associated with COVID-19 in the past 14 days.
  • I have not returned from overseas or been in contact with anyone who has returned from overseas, in the past 14 days.
MEMBERSHIP REACTIVATION
By selecting 'I Agree' I agree that my membership will be reactivated for access to the facilities on the date selected above. Provisions of membership inclusions will be subject to availability and capacity in accordance with current COVID-19 requirements as detailed by relevant Public Health Orders or similar issued by relevant authorities. Reactivation of membership will include any previous membership credits and any applicable pro-rata amounts prior to the next payment date. 

I hereby acknowledge that I have read and understood all items within this agreement. I agree to the Conditions of Entry, Membership Reactivation and verify that I meet all requirements of the Health Screening and will notify UniActive staff if my circumstances change in relation to any of the requirements.
