Triple P Group: For parents of children aged 0–12 & Triple P Teens: For parents of teens aged 12–16
These classes provide practical, proven strategies to strengthen relationships, manage behavior, and support healthy development. Courses are available online at your convenience, allowing you to join from home, or you may participate in group sessions via Zoom or in person.

Fear‑less Triple P (FLTP)
Fear‑less Triple P is a targeted parenting program for families of children aged 6–17 who experience anxiety. Delivered in small group or individual sessions, the program helps parents replace unhelpful responses with effective strategies to support their child’s emotional wellbeing.
Fear‑less Triple P is offered online through Zoom, making participation accessible and convenient.

Triple P Pathways
Triple P Pathways is an individual parenting program for parents who experience difficulty regulating emotions and may be considered at risk for child maltreatment.
The program focuses on:
Identifying common parent traps
Understanding and managing anger
Building coping strategies to handle parenting stress
Parents participate in two 90‑minute individual sessions, receive a workbook, and earn a certificate of completion upon finishing the program.
