AOSSM 2026 Annual Meeting Private Event/Function Space Request Form

AOSSM welcomes Exhibiting, Affiliate and Alumni groups at the 2026 Annual Meeting to request space in which to host functions. We kindly request that events involving participation of meeting attendees be conducted during the suggested hours listed on the Meeting Space Request Form (below). Requests will not be approved if conflicting with any general sessions, presidential addresses, or official AOSSM social events.

Your meeting space request will be reviewed by AOSSM, and you should expect to receive a response within 3-5 business days.

Friday, July 10: Ending prior to 8:00 am
Friday, July 10: Any time after 5:00 pm
Saturday, July 11: Ending prior to 7:00 am
Saturday, July 12: 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm or any time after 9:30 pm
