The National Breastfeeding Helpline 1800 mum 2 mum (1800 686 2 686) celebrates its first birthday on 26 January 2010!
The National Breastfeeding Helpline provides mothers with one toll-free number for mum 2 mum breastfeeding support and information from trained breastfeeding counsellors. The National Breastfeeding Helpline is supported by funding from the Australian Government.
The Australian Breastfeeding Association is celebrating this achievement by running a competition to guess the number of calls the National Breastfeeding Helpline has received in its first year. There are 10 Mothers Direct gift vouchers worth $100 each for the 10 people who provide the correct (or closest) answers.
