ASHA Convention 2019 TLC Booth Helpers' Application

All who get chosen and help during their assigned time slot(s) will receive a $100 TLC gift card for materials or webinars! The final schedule will be completed on a first come, first served basis. Please complete this ASAP and by Friday, November 15th, at the latest. Select any time slots where you know you're definitely available.
