Qualifying Spot Request Form for Canadian Senior Men's Amateur
2020 Canadian Men’s Senior – The top 16 plus ties who meet eligibility requirements, and request a spot, will be awarded a qualifying spot to the 2020 Canadian Men's Senior on Vancouver Island. Also, the two lowest finishers who are 65 years or older as of Sept. 15th, 2020 will receive qualifying spots. The balance (if any) of spots allotted to British Columbia by Golf Canada will be issued at the discretion of the British Columbia Golf Selection Committee.
All individuals must submit this form if they are interested in receiving one of these qualifying spots. This completed form must be received by the British Columbia Golf Offices no later then midnight on the last day of the championship, as we have to notify Golf Canada as to who will by going within 5 days of our championship being decided.
If you request a qualifying spot and subsequently turn it down, without advising us by midnight of the last day of the championship, your actions will be forwarded to the discipline committee and you may be barred from entering future championships.
