You have been summoned for jury duty.  The Court understands that some of you may be apprehensive about serving as jurors in light of COVID-19.  Please be assured that we are mindful of your concerns and have put your health and safety in the forefront of all of our new COVID-19 protocols.

We have taken several precautionary measures to ensure your health and safety while performing your civic duty as a juror.  These measures include: (1) all jurors will be seated at least 6 feet apart from one another; (2) all staff, attorneys, parties, and jurors will be required to wear masks while in the building; (3) a private restroom will be available for juror only access; (4) disposable masks, gloves, hand sanitizer, and tissues will be provided for jurors to use throughout trial; (5) capacity limits of 25 individuals per courtroom; (6) the implementation of an “on call” system, which will allow jurors to remain in their cars until necessary to report in for questioning by the court; (7) cleaning and sanitary measures for all surfaces in the courtroom taken several times a day.

With these precautions in mind, we are asking you to answer the following questions with regards to your upcoming jury service.  Thank you for your cooperation.
