The purpose of this survey is to understand if people can get quality, basic services like work, education, childcare, health care, and affordable housing in their community. The information you share will be used to make recommendations to improve programs and services offered by community action agencies and other nonprofits in New Mexico.
This survey will take less than 15 minutes and all answers will be anonymous and confidential. You will not be asked any personally identifiable information.
