MEMBERSHIP QUESTIONNAIRE
Every year the ETF sends out a membership questionnaire, in order to update the membership records for all its affiliated unions.
This is important so:
(a) the ETF is able to bill for the correct fees;
(b) your union receives the correct voting rights at Congress;
(c) your union receives information for the transport section(s) it represents; and
(d) the ETF holds up-to-date membership and contact information for all affiliates.
This year again we are using an online questionnaire.
Please complete it as fully as possible, ensuring that the required fields (marked *) are all completed by 28 FEBRUARY 2018.
When completing the questionnaire, you will need to provide membership figures and contact details for key officials, so please make sure you have the necessary information to hand. You may need to consult other individuals within your union to gather the necessary information. Please provide the contact information of as many key contact persons as possible. This will permit the ETF to improve the way it communicates with affiliates.
Please note that the affiliation invoices which will be sent to your union will be based on the declared membership figures provided in this survey.
Also, please note that you can start completing the survey and go back to it later if you need to, before you submit the final version. Once the survey is complete please submit it using the ‘SUBMIT’ button on the last page.
